This is a tasty, easy marinade for boneless chicken
breasts, and it makes use of the abundance of thyme blossoms in my herb garden
right now.
                                              Thyme Blossom
Marinade
½ bottle good white wine (I like to use citrusy
Sauvignon Blanc)
1 cup thyme blossoms, lightly chopped
1 shallot, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a large baking dish. Add seven
to nine boneless chicken breasts and marinate for several hours before grilling.
